1. What time does the movie need to be returned?
A. The return time for all discs are either the store closing for the day or 8:00 PM, whichever is earlier.
2. My child ripped off the arrow label on the outside of the DVD, how do I return it?
A. The customer service counter in the stores all have additional arrow labels.
3. The DVD case has been destroyed by my ....(dog, baby, child, car, etc.). What should I do?
A. Leave the DVD and case remains at the customer service counter at the store. Be sure to include your information, including Email address. A $1.00 charge will be assessed for the new case.
4. I just rented disc(s) and my online banking already shows a charge on my credit card.
A. The kiosk will pre-authorize your charge/debit card for your rentals. If you use a debit card, this may appear as a charge when reviewing your account online, but rest assured it is only a pre-authorization, NOT A CHARGE. The final charge will occur only when you return the disc(s), as it is calculated by the number of days for which you kept the disc(s). Please contact your bank to confirm this. The "Hold" for non-members is $5 per disc.

5. I rented a Blu-ray DVD, why doesn't it play in my DVD player?
A. Blu-ray movies only play in Blu-ray players. They are a much higher definition DVD utilizing a blue laser instead of the standard red laser used in standard DVD players. Blu-ray players will play standard DVDs and CDs.
6. I rented a Blu-ray DVD or Video Game, but the standard DVD/extra features are missing from the case.
A. All DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, and Video Games will only contain only the main disc. Only 1 version of the movie will be rented in a case.
7. I have a movie which is not being accepted by the kiosk for return. What do I do?
A. All stores have a DVD check in at their customer service counter for DVDs that will not return into the kiosk. Be sure to include your information, including your Name, Email address, and Phone Number.
8. What type of discs are available? When are they updated?
A. Our kiosk stocks 100s of DVDs, Blu-Rays, and Video Games for rental or purchase. The newest movies arrive each week, in time for the weekend!
9. How do I pay for renting a movie?
A. The machine accumulates charges PER NIGHT, PER DISC. Your credit card, check card, or debit card is charged when you return the movie.
10. How many movies can I have out at the same time?
A. You can rent up to 3 DVDs at the same time on one credit card.
11. How long can I continue to rent the disc for?
A. You can rent the disc for up to 10 days, at the standard daily rate. If you do not return the disc after 10 days, the credit card that you rented the movie with will be charged the listed conversion price of the Disc, up to $25 for DVDs, up to $25 for Blu-Ray, and up to $60 for Video Games.
12. What happens if I lose the movie?
A. For a lost movie, the credit card that you rented the movie with will be automatically charged the listed conversion price on the 10th day the movie is checked out.
13. What do I do if the DVD I rented is scratched or does not work?
A. Please call customer service at 803-682-5537 or Email us at support@ezshopdvd.com. You will not be charged. If you call or Email after regular business hours, please leave your name and number and a customer service representative will call you back within one business day.
Tip: DVDs can stop working if there is dirt or grease on the playing surface. Most often, you can wipe the dirt or grease from the DVD with rubbing alcohol and it will play fine.
14. Is my credit card information safe? What type of security protects my credit card information?
A. We use the most secure method available for transactions and all communications use 128-bit encryption. Your credit card information is not stored on the kiosk computer system.
15. Does the kiosk issue receipts?
A. The kiosk does not issue receipts, but you can download a receipt from our website: www.ezshopdvd.com
16. What is the rental process at the Kiosk?
A. 1. Press “RENT” on the kiosk screen.
2. Browse discs by keyword or category (New Arrivals show first).
3. Add all the disc(s) you want to your cart.
4. Enter any coupon codes (in lower case) if applicable.
5. Swipe your credit card (sorry, we can’t accept cash).
6. Enter Email address and system will send receipt by Email.
7. Disc(s) will be given to you through front slot.
8. To return disc(s), press “RETURN”
9. Slide disc(s) into the front slot, one at a time.

A. There is a 10 minute "grace period" after every rental. During this 10 minutes, you can return the rental to the kiosk no-questions-asked and you will not be charged.

20. What are coupon codes and how are they used?
A. A coupon code is a discount on a movie rental. They should be entered at the kiosk before you swipe your credit card. The coupon will be applied when you return the rental to the kiosk and the value of the coupon will be deducted from your rental total. As a registered member of our website (www.ezshopdvd.com), you will receive coupon codes via email. You can also earn credits on the website that can be "cashed in" towards rental coupons. Also, from time to time, we give special coupon codes to our members on Facebook. Go to http://www.facebook.com/brabhamoil and "like" us to take advantage of these offers.
21. When are the movies updated?
A. New releases are updated and typically available on Tuesdays, which is the national release day. From time to time, there are special releases on Fridays.
22. Can i buy movies from the kiosk?
A. Yes, Absolutely!!! Movie prices drop periodically after the initial releases. We often reduce the sale price for movies and make them available through the kiosk. Not all movies will be available for sale, however.
